| Mr Richard Lorentz is a founding director of KrisEnergy Ltd and petroleum geologist with more than 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He was previously a co-founder of Pearl Energy Ltd., where he was responsible for the strategic development of the group's worldwide portfolio. Richard is currently an independent director of Miclyn Express Offshore and a past independent director of Franklin Offshore International, both of which are service companies to the oil and gas industry. Following the acquisition of Pearl Energy by Aabar Petroleum Investment PJSC, Richard assumed the role of Vice President New Ventures & Corporate Relations and was a member of Aabar's Senior Executive Team until 2008 when Pearl Energy was acquired by Mubadala Development Company PJSC. From 1988 until 1999, Richard was Manager of New Business Development for Elf Aquitaine in Singapore, New Ventures & Exploration Manager for Gulf Indonesia and Senior Production Geologist for Asamera (South Sumatra) Ltd. Between 1980 and 1988, he worked for Oriental Petroleum & Minerals Corp in the Philippines as Senior Field Geologist, Funk Exploration Inc. as Senior Exploration Geologist and as Exploration Manager for Anglo-Suisse (Pakistan) Inc., based in Karachi. Richard is a member of the Indonesian Petroleum Association, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Oklahoma Geological Society and the South East Asia Petroleum Exploration Society. | Mr Daniel Ang is an Investment Analyst with Phillip Futures. His areas of expertise are in crude oil, natural gas and crude products. Daniel regularly conducts public seminars for clients and potential clients. His expert opinions have been published in Wall Street Journal and Reuters, and in local newspapers Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao. He has been interviewed live on Bloomberg TV, Channel News Asia, Mediacorp News 938Live radio station and Malaysia's BFM89.9 Business radio station. | Mr Jovan Yap started from scratch in 2001, joining MS Holdings as a crane attendant, learning the hands-on experience of this demanding industry. Since then, he has progressed to assume various junior and senior positions in different functions within our Group. In the last 13 years, Jovan also spearheaded the modernisation of our fleet of cranes and implemented information technology systems to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our operations. For his efforts in leading the Group, Mr. Yap was a recipient of the Successful Entrepreneur Award (2011) organised by GRC Press Holdings, the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2012) jointly organised by the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Rotary Club of Singapore, and the Spirit of Enterprise Award (2013) organised by Spirit of Enterprise. |
