Following which, he was transferred to Bovis Lend Lease Pte Ltd (a design and build company) in Singapore in July 1993 as a project manager and rose through the ranks to become a business development manager. He went on to Magdecon Projects Pte Ltd in 1998 as an executive director in charge of business development and design. On the back of his stellar work performance, Mr Siaw was subsequently promoted to the post of managing director in 2004. In 2011, Mr Siaw joined Figtree Projects Pte. Ltd. as its managing director and subsequently became the director of Figtree Projects Sdn Bhd and Figtree Projects (Shanghai) Co., Ltd in the latter part 2011. Mr Siaw holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, as well as a Bachelor of Building, from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Mr Jaime Chiew Chief Risk Officer Asiaphos Limited Mr Jaime Chiew joined the Group in September 2014 as Chief Risk Officer and is primarily responsible for overseeing the Group's risk management activities, forecasting/budgeting and monitoring of key management processes. Mr Chiew started his career at Ernst & Young London in 1998 as an audit associate in Insurance/Financial Services, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was promoted to manager within Ernst & Young London’s audit/regulatory advisory practice until 2006. Between 2006 and 2014, he held various roles in Citibank Asia Pacific, primarily in financial control, planning and analysis. Mr Chiew holds an Accounting and Finance degree (Honours) from University of Southampton, UK. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Mr Kelvin Lim Executive Chairman and Group Managing Director LHN Limited Mr Kelvin Lim is primarily responsible for the business development and overall management of our Group. In addition to overseeing the overall investment activities of our Group to ensure that sound and profitable investments are made, Mr Lim also oversees the marketing efforts of our I Group. Mr Lim has over 17 years of experience in the leasing and facilities management business, having started his career as a manager with HN Holdings Pte Ltd (formerly known as Hean Nerng Holdings Pte Ltd), before becoming the executive director in November 1998, a post he held until October 2008. His many projects include the management of industrial lands, buildings, warehouses and office complexes. Mr Lim is currently the assistant secretary of the Bukit Batok East Citizen’s Consultative Committee, the chairman of the Bukit Batok East Community Development Welfare Fund, the chairman (youth wing) of the Singapore Lim See Tai Chong Soo and the vice chairman of Kiu Leong Tong Family Self-Management Association. Mr Lim was awarded the public service medal (Pingkat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2012. Mr Patrick Ng CEO and Executive Director Huationg Global Limited Mr Ng Kian Ann Patrick is the CEO and Executive Director of our Group and was appointed as CEO and Executive Director to the Company in 1 August 2014. Mr Ng has more than 14 years of experience in the civil engineering construction industry and has been responsible for the overall management, operations, strategic planning and business expansion of the Group since 2000. He was responsible for the expansion of the Group’s sale of construction materials business segment as he oversaw the development and marketing of LSS by our Group in 2002 and spearheaded the initiative to recycle construction waste and aggregates in 2004. Further, under Mr Ng’s management, Huationg Contractor was awarded the BCA grading of A2 under the category CW02 for civil engineering in 2009, which allows our Group to tender for larger value contracts.
